#3.0 [Pollux] Hard Boiled

Today we had fun with some diary shots when my brother was going to leave after his weekend trip to Berlin.

Intérieur in winter, available light, fast moving children. Neopan 400 at 1600, yellow filter, 50/1.4 and Microphen (stock dilution, 8.5 minutes), Nikon FE on aperture priority and occasionally some exposure compensation. Scanned with some clipping in the shadows. Helicopter on a rescue mission takes off in the end.

    • Thank you! I am also pleased with the results and didn’t know what to expect. This is the first of the last 40 rolls of Neopan 400 – sounds like a novel, doesn’t it? I love the look of it pushed to the max and processed in Microphen. My first attempt with this developer and I’m looking forward to the next occasion. But now I’ve got some Xtol prepared as well.
