Week 33: Still (mostly) at Paris-plage

Hi folks. This week, once again, I shot three rolls of film around town.  But this time I didn’t have as much luck as last week. It happens: you never know what you are going to get, as many photographers have remarked. Ah ! The one thing about this 52rolls project: you don’t always manage one good photograph each week no matter how hard you try…

To make things worse, in a moment of madness (it must have been the heat and too much sunlight), I put some slow TMAX-100 in my camera. I was  thinking I could get through it satisfactorily thanks to the copious amount of sunshine.  But of course, Murphy’s law, I found myself in the park, at night wanting to take some pictures !  This how it turned out:

Here are some more pictures of empty avenues again:

Back to Paris Plage of course, where I saw this guy taking it easy:

Finally a portrait of myself with a friend at the observatory:

That’s it for this week…

Here you can find my previous posts on 52rolls.

Technical notes: all photographs are taken with a Leica M6 with a Summicron-M 50mm. Film is HP5+/TMAX100 developed in HC110 dil. H @ 11/12 mins.
