In this post, I will share some photographs I took around town and on Christmas day when we visited Versailles for a meal with ML’s family. The weather was very bad. Terrible. Overcast and almost no light, so back to push-processing again. When one morning I saw heavy fog I rushed down to Montsouris to take some pictures. This is what I saw.
I also brought the Rollei with me, this park is the only place I bring it, it just feels too cumbersome on the streets after using a Leica so much. But it is great for taking pictures for trees in the fog:
Now a few pictures around town. Only one remotely Christmas-like:
Finally, here a few photographs from Versailles. We spent a few minutes in the park before our dinner, and I had time to snap some photographs. The statues are all covered up for winter…
This is almost the end! Next time: Paris.
Technical. Photographs were taken with a Leica M6 and Summicron f2.0-50mm / Rolleiflex 28.C. Film: Kodak Tri-X 400@1600 developed in Rodinal 1+50 for 15mins
